Architectural photography of Derby Enterprise Centre - interior and exterior images.

We were commissioned to photograph this innovative and attractive building, The Derby Enterprise Centre, by the architects Pick Everard of Leicester. The Enterprise Centre is the corporate part of Derby University providing services for local and national companies. It includes conference facilites, cafe, dining rooms and unites for start up businesses.

My brief was to photograph and highlight the many and interesting architectural features within the centre showing the use of light and space in the communal areas. The atrium, which is three floors high has glass walls on two sides and bridges connecting the two sides.

This photograph shows the dedicated IT zone with free wireless internet access and cafe style tables and chairs for informal meetings.

Externally the building has a dynamic look photographs very well.

The vast window area comes into its own at night.
