Commercial photography of Realistic fire training building in Yorkshire

These photographs were from a series of pictures taken for Bond Bryan Architects, Sheffield who designed the realistic fire training building in conjunction with West Yorkshire Fire Service. The Realistic Fire Training Building (RFTB) allows both carboniferous fires and LPG fuelled fires within a large training building for multiple scenarios including compartment fire and fire behaviour training.

The picture here shows the effect of flames during a controlled 'flashover', and simulates the effect of a build up of gases can cause during a fire.Further pictures were taken internally but due to the absence of any ambient lighting in the house, they were all lit with electronic flash. This photograph here was only lit by the intense light of the flames with a little 'fill in flash'.

This final image is the 'architectural photograph' of the house with no training event happening, and shows the multi level and variety of doors and windows.
