Construction Workers on site for Client Kier

This photograph was part of a series of working construction photography and site progress photography for The Kier Group to be included in their report and accounts. The brief was to shoot 'generic' building and construction photographs that were non specific and to include the use of personnel to 'humanise' the projects in question.

I thought the scale of the industrial unit and the sunlight and shadows cast by the overhead roof lights made a very interesting photograph and the two construction workers added scale to the picture. When shooting construction photography, the required fluorescent hi-vis vests always reflect back added flash lighting and can dominate a photograph.
