Internal photography of Chester Station refurbishment
This series of internal photography was commissioned by clients Harry Fairclough Construction for their internal publicity and website. The whole ticketing facility at Chester station had been totally refurbished with a brand new booking office, information boards and small retail outlet, in a very contemporary-looking green cladding which photographs very well. In the photograph here of the new ticket office, the picture demonstartes how it is a self-contained unit and is well lit with plenty of natural light.
The second interior photograph is of the new Costa Coffee outlet which echoes the green cladding and has an unusual dynamic and very interesting shape, which fits in well in the corner of the concourse.
This photography gives an overview of the shape and design of the ticket offices and how they have fitted in around the existing structure of the station and how well the natural lighting compliments the green.
